“Excellent service. Herdwick cottages staff were so responsive. If they are able to let you in early they were flexible, you know if they couldn't do it, they genuinely couldn't do it. Any queries were answered, you were never made to feel a nuisance. Their communication is excellent! I have used them on a number of occasions now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“Lovely friendly staff. Communication is brilliant and so lovely to speak to a real person on the phone when I rang with a query. The courtesy call before our arrival was a nice touch. I would highly recommend using this local business for your holiday cottage bookings. They will be my first port of call in the future. Thank you.”

“What a delightful company to deal with. Easy to book, reasonably priced cottages. Communication was clear, simple and not excessive. Herdwick rang me the day before our booking started just to ask if we were all set or if we had any questions etc… lovely touch. Great company to deal with and would 100% recommend. Belinda”
