“Received phone call the day before our trip to ensure we'd got the email with an information guide for the property which we had, also enquired as to whether we had any queries or concerns, we didn't as the pack was very comprehensive, they then wished us a good break - excellent customer service and something we've never experienced before over many years of travelling both abroad and throughout the UK!”

“Staff at Herdwick Cottage were extremely helpful. We were travelling with 3 dogs and they effectively contacted the accommodation owner on our behalf to accommodate our request. I can not fault the service.”
