“On Friday 30th September I tried to buy a Bluetti EB3A directly from the Bluetti website as I had seen it there advertised for £299 using their special offer discount which was about to end. I tried several times to order it to no avail eventually getting a message saying the discount code I was using (which they show on their website) was invalid. I looked around and found the item for £299 at Hampshire generators. I ordered it straight away. Delivery should normally be within 3 days. Allowing for the weekend I expected to have it by Wednesday. The Item actually arrived first thing Friday morning. The delay had been due to a Chinese public holiday.”

“Ordered and paid for a generator. Never arrived but was sent back by the courier. I then get cross-examined about why I sent it back when I have never even seen the generator! A complete faff.”

Thanks for the review - you were called by the courier company and not us - sorry it didn't work out and I hope you sorted a generator from a different source.

“I bought an inverter generator from Hampshire Generators. I called to discuss my requirements and the staff were very helpful, offering advice on different models of generators and also on how to best use them. The generator was delivered quickly and I'm very happy with the product and the service. I'd happily recommend this company.”

“The delivery driver said it was lucky I was in when he called, because he was not allowed to leave it with a neighbour because the battery is considered toxic. It would have been nice to be informed when it was going to be delivered and even as little as supplying a tracking number. Not impressed with the service.”

Thanks for leaving a review but could you let us know if you are unhappy with it being delivered and if there is something wrong with the item? All batteries are considered 'toxic' and should not be eaten.

“Will definitely be ordering from Hampshire generator’s again, generator came next day, packed really well, asked a few inquiring questions and got answers straight away, able to pay in 3 instalments which made it possible for us to buy the generator ( for our daughter’s medical needs ) just incase, with prices and threat of power cuts, going to be ordering 1 more when this payment plan is completed 👍👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star BRILLIANT”

“Product was good and delivery prompt. Courier was good and kept me updated as to delivery status. Customer support was good, they replied quickly and accurately. The only real issue was the lack of updates. When ordered the items were in stock according to the website. However after a few days of waiting for an order confirmation I had to contact HG only to find out they were awaiting delivery. After a few more days the website stated items in stock but once again I had to make contact to find out when they expected to dispatch. I know when you place an order the site states order received but a text just to confirm would make all the difference along with another to confirm expected dispatch.”
