Sorry to say only 3 Stars because the delivery via TNT was appalling, tracking information was incomplete and delivery was over 2 days meaning that I had to stay in awaiting delivery, very inconvenient, then TNT delivered to the wrong address, not a satisfactory service. TNT don’t give 1hr time slots I suggest that you need to engage a courier service which is more able to supply a customer service which I’m sure would enhance your company profile, as far as the product is concerned which I have purchase I am very pleased with it. Sorry for the moan but this needs to be addressed when delivering high value products.

Quick and efficient to send, but did not tell us one of the order items was not in stock and was not flexible regarding later delivery of non stock item.

A little disappointed at the service from this company, I initially called for advice on which size EcoFlow unit I needed and was advised on the correct size and also told it would be delivered within 1 to 2 working days, in fact it took two weeks as I was not advised they were out of stock, this meant it wasn’t available for the trip intended on my boat. If goods are not in stock you should be advised before they take your money so that you are able to make a choice as to whether or not to go to another supplier.

Had to chase up, after 3 days wait for a reply to a left phone message and an e-mail customer enquiry, so not good. Person I spoke to was somewhat vague in answering my specific questions re a certain generator model; I wanted a running cover for a generator that I already have. I took a chance and it broadly satisfies my needs; I may have to make an adjustment to make it fit around the exhaust. Delivery was fantastic, I ordered via the web one afternoon and it arrived next morning. All in all - average in my view.

I placed an order and received confirmation via email, which was fine but there was no update as to when I might receive my order. After approx 10 days I rang Hampshire Generators and was told there would be another 10 days before they received stock - clearly, they are very happy to take your money weeks before they had stock!! Not a great way to treat customers. If you don't have readily available stock, just put it on your website when stock will be available and let potential customers pay when stuff is available. Also, I didn't receive the £25 love2shop card!!

Well I've paid for a generator, 20 Oct, I've had 1 email to say we,ll let me know delivery. Now 7 Nov and nothing, very poor service so far.

Cannot fault the product or the great price. Unfortunately the estimated delivery times are not accurate as 10 to 12 days transpired to be nearly a month, Unfortunately there was no contact to keep me notified apart from when I queried my order. I would recommend just checking stock prior to ordering unless you don't mind a long wait.

The product seems very good however time will tell, only arrived a week ago. Delivery took a very long time, over 4 weeks and I had no idea why until I contacted supplier direct. I was informed item was out of stock and prob would arrive at end of the month. Would have been much better if I was advised of the out of stock situation before having to call the supplier to understand lack of delivery

First purchase from your firm. Just gave 3 stars as your customer service lady gave me wrong information regarding stock items. Otherwise hassle free & quick delivery. Will buy again once I’ve used & evaluated this purchase. Incidentally, never received the e-Gift card. Thank you. Kind regards.

I bought a Jackery 500 and a 1000 about a week later. The sale of the 500 was flawless, however I bought the 1000 and apart from the acknowledgment of purchase I waited a few days the enquired about delivery. I was told they were not in stock after several emails that were not answered I phoned them to find they had just come in 4 days later it arrived. Poor communication with customer is the problem.

The team is sincere and well-meaning, but hopelessly overwhelmed by current demand, owing to dire warnings of power interruptions in the media. If ordering from them be realistic about your expectations, the company operates out of a very small unit in a small business park and I think are trying their best.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It is true that we are very busy due to demand but it is not true that we are 'hopelessly overwhelmed'. Things are taking a little longer to process and customers are aware of this. We currently operate from 5 industrial units, including workshops, EcoFlow service and administration, storage warehouse and showroom. We also have a brand new building in construction that will be finished in January and a sales and service office in Wales. So we are not a very large company but not that small either!

I had a few questions before making a final decision on the Pramac P 6000s generator, sales referred me to technical, technical referred me to the website, extremely unhelpful and I ended up doing my own research. delivery was not booked as I was told it would be, it took 3 attempts and xx emails to get the generator delivered, but still a random delivery day. certainly gave the impression they are all about the sale without the service, however, I did end up with what I paid for.

The main point i find when you say you are going ring back this dos not happen also it dos not matter What phone number you ring never seams to be the wright one

Thanks for your review - the National Grid announcement last week about power cuts increased the phone calls to us by 500% and we are still working through the messages - we have been asking for people to email rather than call as it is much quicker to respond. I hope you are happy with the equipment you purchased.
