“I bought a Delta2 solar generator along with a 200w solar panel , it was a special offer and value for money. Any queries I had were answered promptly the only criticism is that on the website the item I ordered was supposed to be in stock ready for dispatch but it wasn't.”

“Price was good but delivery wasn’t so great. Charger 1 was in a box but put into a bag with the DC cable and fuse unpacked. I was surprised they were not damaged as the bag had been thrown around and had holes in it. I understand it’s the delivery company that don’t care but loose heavy cable and fuse should have been better packed.”

“I like the company and would prefer to avoid getting everything on Amazon. However, it took two weeks for an 'In stock' Jackery to reach me - and there was zero comms on delays/unexpected out of stock. I ordered.... heard nothing for over two weeks. And then got a dispatch notification. Amazon would have been next day. I'll continue to buy from them, but it's harder to justify with stuff like this.”

“Good product and ordering system but delivery estimates from their used courier TNT were way out, TNT stated being delivered the next day but took 4 days to actually turn up.”

“I had to order this item from yourselves as the Jackery website only ships to EU countries with the continental AC socket and the UK website does not ship outside the UK! So you may be receiving other orders from here. Customs clearance was effecient and no problem (other than the cost!). With thanks, Stephen”

“Mostly a good experience. I ordered a Bluetti power station online and delivery took a good couple of weeks with no coms to let me know there would be a delay. This led to some contact regarding delivery dates. The staff were friendly but there was some mis-communication and so it arrived on an unexpected day. Not the end of the world, I got what I ordered and it was well packaged and couriered - just maybe don’t expect Amazon efficiency. Would use again.”

“Ordered an Ecoflow River 2 max and 160w solar panel. Unfortunately tone of the solar panel plugs was broken (packaging was perfect) and the power unit to solar panel connection cable not supplied. Quick call to Hampshire Generators, nice lady arranged collection of panel and said new panel and connection cable would be sent out. Panel collected as promised today.. now waiting for replacements... Impressed with service so far!”

“I found these guys very helpful and keen to solve issues... My order was made up of 3 separate items which for some reason didn't all come together. So it took a couple of days to get all the items assembled but It was all sorted and I am happy with the way it turned out.”
