Bought cable for EU. Was sent wrong one. Contacted them for exchange. They sent label. No one has collected, so no exchange. Not happy.

Not sure where to start really I ordered this generator around the 24th October and finally received it yesterday 19th December after sales complete waste of time couldn't tell me anything about where the actual generator was and couldn't tell me when it would arrive

Thanks for leaving a review. Your generator was on a long delivery time when you ordered it and were advised of this. We don't have any other messages or calls from you until this review today, so not sure where we went wrong!

I ordered a week ago. No follow up email other than to say my order is received - I haven’t received the generator yet. I’ve emailed twice asking for an estimated delivery date and had no response. When I emailed asking about generator to buy I got a response within minutes. Now you have my money I get nothing for days.

Hampshire Generators were impossible to get through to and no-one bothered to return my calls. Someone eventually responded to one of my emails telling me to expect delivery of my very expensive items within 5-7 working days on the 7th working day. Once you have paid them thousands of pounds they cut you off. They did bother to respond to me after several more communications and I am on the verge of raising a case of fraud against them. Do NOT use them, you will be more than VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Thanks for leaving a review but this review was left after your goods were delivered safely by DPD the day before. The item ordered was a Bluetti PV350 solar panel and it cost £800 not several thousands of pounds!

Ordered and paid for a generator. Never arrived but was sent back by the courier. I then get cross-examined about why I sent it back when I have never even seen the generator! A complete faff.

The delivery driver said it was lucky I was in when he called, because he was not allowed to leave it with a neighbour because the battery is considered toxic. It would have been nice to be informed when it was going to be delivered and even as little as supplying a tracking number. Not impressed with the service.

Thanks for leaving a review but could you let us know if you are unhappy with it being delivered and if there is something wrong with the item? All batteries are considered 'toxic' and should not be eaten.

DPD promised delivery on Friday between 21.00 and 22.00 they emailed me at 22.15 cancelling delivery. When I tracked my parcel it was returned to their depot in Motherwell at 21.05. They obviously had no intentions to deliver. I am very disappointed and have heard nothing from DPD since

They don’t cancel order if you request it and then leave you to return it at you’re own cost. You can get the items cheaper elsewhere so do that.

Ridiculous customer service, rude personnel and appalling attitude. There was a problem with their online ordering portal where it did not copy the correct delivery address. After raising the issue with them the lady who dealt with my complaint did not want to believe me and instead insisted on charging me not one, but two additional shipping fees to divert the shipment when I should not be paying any as it is their system's fault. On top of all this, she was so rude to me and put the phone down in the middle of my sentence. I sent an email of complaint to their director, but I never heard from him either. My advice is to stay clear of Hampshire Generators if you are banking on after-sales service. They are happy to take your money, but after that, they do not want to know. However, there was one person worth mentioning who was very helpful at the start and he gave me good advice on which generator to buy.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review - we have checked this and see that you entered the wrong delivery address into your order - we worked hard to rectify this error but had to call this unit back and arrange a new delivery with the associated costs. Our staff are instructed to end calls where the customer is rude - we do not tolerate aggressive behavior towards our staff. We are proud to have the best customer service in this industry and our reviews show this to be the case!

I've given a 1 star review for these reasons: I ordered a Generator and ATS from Hampshire Generators - the website said the ATS was out of stock, but took my payment anyway. I then had an email acknowledging the full order and notifying me that it was being processed. I heard nothing more until a logistics company called me to say they had a pallet for delivery - I asked if both items were on it as I didn't want to take delivery until I had both items - the delivery company couldn't tell me. I called Hampshire Generators and had to leave a message. I was called three days later (during the Queen's funeral!). They told me it was just the generator that was being delivered. It turned out it was coming direct from the manufacturer and Hampshire Generators blamed them. Hampshire Generators need a better system in place so that an order for more than one item is checked with the customer before any dispatch of separate items. I received no notice of any delivery schedule nor any email informing me items would be sent separately. This has caused me inconvenience and extra cost due to having to travel 3 hours to accept a partial delivery. Hampshire Generators appear to be just a 'front' company' holding no stock and taking no responsibility but happily taking my money in full! Nice business model!

I received the jackery 500 on Saturday and I am disappointed as it doesn’t work. I charged it all night and it’s not holding the charge. I am waiting on a reply from jackery china to see what they are going to do about it after speaking to your customer service dept. It also had no media card or warranty card in the box . I hope to have a prompt solution to this. Thanks

On assembly, the new petrol HY8000Ei Generator was found to have a major oil leak, due to a stray nut lodged in an underneath part of the engine. This will be the subject of an e-mail complaint/warranty claim (accompanied by photographs) which will be sent within the next few days.

The generator I bought said, 'quiet as a fridge'. It makes a lot of noise and you have to use it where people are a long way from you. It generates very little power and certainly didn't live up to expectations. Very disappointed with the product and certainly wouldn't recommend it

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and we are sorry you are disappointed with your generator. All generators make noise and some more than others but none are as quiet as a fridge and we don't describe any in that way. If you could point us to where this is it would be appreciated. The Champion Mighty Atom unit you purchased is rated at 2200 starting watts so is quite powerful (especially for the very low weight). If you think there is a problem with it then please contact us to discuss / get it fixed.

ordering the Jackery Generator and Solar panel and paying in full was fine. It was when only the generator and the carry bag came but not the solar panel that I had to call customer service only to be told that the solar panel was out of stock. This was a total let down as I only ordered it thinking it would all come together. I was not told this when ordering and it was only put on line that it was out of stock after I complained. This was very disappointing as I was off to the outer Hebrides and needed the solar panel. It came whilst I was away. Not happy!

Thanks for leaving a review - we have checked this and see that your warranty claim was passed on to Champion (manufacturer's warranty) and we heard nothing from you at all after that. So assumed it was all sorted. To say we are a scam is a bit harsh!

Order went well and initial follow up good. Very nice product. So why 1 star. When the generator did not arrive on the time specified. I initially had 2 or 3 calls with your customer services. I received totally wrong or incorrect shipping information. I was then directed to call your suppliers, shipping firms etc. it was a complete fiasco. Item finally arrived around 2 weeks late. It also came from a totally different shipping company than the one I was told to contact originally.
