“Disappointed that I was charged extra for delivery of expensive equipment although we are not in the Highlands. Also the order was taken for a generator including the wheels for transporting but weeks later ther is still no wheel kit and no communication.”

“Little disappointed generator had an issue after two weeks sent it back and wanted my money back but because I hadn’t got the original box I was told I would only get 60% of my money back not what I expected but the issue was sorted and I have got the generator back however still not what I expected not as quiet or as light as I thought🙁🙁”

“DPD promised delivery on Friday between 21.00 and 22.00 they emailed me at 22.15 cancelling delivery. When I tracked my parcel it was returned to their depot in Motherwell at 21.05. They obviously had no intentions to deliver. I am very disappointed and have heard nothing from DPD since”

“I didn't get any automated email to confirm my order, so had to phone, to get a receipt. The Courier they use does not let you know what day they are delivering, so not helpful, as they won't leave the product unless you are in. I'm happy with the EcoFlow Delta Power Station. It works well.”
