“Initial contact difficult because telephone call-backs didn't happen. When finally contact as established the help given was most useful but mislaying the order was annoying. Once rectified the generator was delivered”

“The only criticism I have concerns the delivery company. They wanted a signature, quite understandably but did not notify me when they were going to deliver. Hampshire generators had given them my details but it was quite by chance that I was in when they delivered the goods. At the very least, it would have been nice to know the day that they were going to deliver”

“Hampshire Generators have been a pleasure to deal with, firstly I had a full explanation of how they work with answers to my countless questions. My storage battery was delivered promptly. then i was given a full explanation of how to work out electricity capacity and usage generally and then in relation to my battery. i truly could not have had more patient, pleasant informative help and service from a company. thank you, Jenny Morris But i have not received my £50 gift card yet?”

“very pleased with my generator, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a generator for themselves the price was reasonable and it arrived quickly, and well packaged and good communication via email for the invoice and tracking and also kept informed by the delivery company definitely use it again in the future”
