“Having contacted Hampshire Generators with lots of question I quickly received an excellent phone call explaining all of the options without any pressure. As a result of that conversation I now own a EcoFlow Delta 2 and it is perfect for my needs. A great piece of kit I will now need to return for the solar panels.”

“Support side of ordering my new generator was good, however, I received no notification of dispatch from either Hampshire Generators or Palletways their delivery agent. When I queried this Hampshires customer service said we don't send out dispatch notifications, but the carrier has your details, suggesting it was their fault. When you are expecting a delivery that is arriving on a pallete you need to know when it is arriving. Not to mention not everyone has a family member available to accept deliveries in the daytime anyway. I cannot think of any other online shops that do not advise when an item has been dispatched. So some room for improvement in your order process which would benefit customers significantly.”

“Best supplier of power generating products within the south east, by far. Advice was accurate and invaluable prior to sale. Ecoflow Delta 2 was not in stock, due in within a week or 2 so was paid for and ordered online. Let down with shipment communication, unit arrived at work unnanounced a few days later, no email or tracking option and was left lying around most of the day, pretty poor delivery service for over £1000 worth of product.”

“Bought over a weekend, delivered Tuesday evening. Running as a backup/blackout supply. Fantastic service and so far great product. Only comment would be after an email saying order received another saying dispatched and expected delivery date would help. Can’t fault everything else Tim”

“Amazing service. Ordered on a weekend and delivered on the following Tuesday. Only one request though, if you could advise as to when you are shipping items that would be a great help for folks so that they can arrange to be in for the delivery. I also left a message with a lady at your end to check stock. I didn't get a call back so took a chance and ordered it anyway.”

“Took longer than expected for item to arrive but that's because it wasn't in stock. They said mid October and eventually it came 11th so not too bad. Good price for such a new product (Ecoflow Delta 2). Bought the 5m cable for it which came first before the battery. All I'd say, just give customers a heads up it'll come it two separate packages from two couriers. Nothing worse than expecting your new toy to arrive and the remote control comes on its own :) definitely recommend HG to others and will be most surely using them again in the future for further purchases. Thanks again”

“I bought a Delta 2 solar generator which arrived about 2 weeks after order, which was fine as the info on the website said it would be delayed. However I didn't get any email updates about my order and wasn't aware it was going to arrive when it did.I even messaged direct from the website, but had no response. It was fluke that someone was in when it arrived as - being a battery - it HAD to be signed for and couldn't be left in a 'safe place'. The courier company were very good and called on arrival when initially there was no answer at home. Also I don't have the LOVE2SHOP £50 card!!!”

Thanks for the review - glad we delivered it as expected and you received it without a problem. The Love2shop e-gift card is sent around 4 weeks from despatch and not with the item, as per the terms and conditions.

“When searching on Google for a powerbank Hampshire Generators came up top. I went on their site and spotted a couple that looked like they would suit my needs. I called to speak with someone to finalise my decision, leaving my number for a call back that never came. Made the decision myself and it was delivered super quick. 3 stars purely because i think service matters and if you take someone's number, you should call them back.”

Hi Stuart, Thanks for leaving a review and sorry for the slow response to your calls - since the National Grid announcement last week we have seen a 500% increase in calls. We are working through the back-log now and have nearly caught up but this was an unexpected sudden rush of customers which took us by surprise.
