“I purchased an Excel Poer 2500i which arrived very promptly. I don't intend using the machine unless we have the predicted power cuts this winter, so cannot comment on its workings. Everything looks good however although I was a bit disappointed with the instruction manual which had more than one 'inaccuracies.' That said, the friendly and knowledgeable engineers at Hampshire Generators could not have been more helpful; they will sort out any problem or query very courteously and rapidly. No hesitation in the 5 star verdict.”

“Hampshire generators had an extensive website with details of a wide range of generators and battery powered alternatives. I spoke to a person who had extensive knowledge of portable power stations and purchased a large eco-flow system. It was on back order but I was informed as soon as stock was available (about two weeks as promised). It was delivered within 24 hours of being available and I was informed of a very narrow bandwidth of time when it would arrive. I hope the aftersales service is as good as the purchase experience. I would recommend this company.”

“I purchased a 100we folding solar panel to use with my Bluetti EB70 power unit. The price was considerably less than the Bluetti equivalent and it was dispatched very quickly. The built quality is fantastic and it came in a very strong Nylon zipper cover. I have used the panels and they charge my unit perfectly. I am very pleased and I highly recommend the product and the company !”

“Ordered on line with no difficulties. Order arrived very quickly and not excessively pagaged and in good order from courier. I'm looking forward to trying the solar generator on my boat and intend using it instead of running my engine in the evening /night when my solar are not producing any energy to top 5hem up! “I can't give any stars yet, as I am still waiting to try out my solar panel and battery pack. The wrong cable was sent. I was told to send a picture on Wednesday, was told the new cable would be here on Saturday, 10.30 am, and waited in. It didn't arrive. Plans to go away have been put on hold until I get my kit up and running.”
