“Did not receive any information regarding the delivery.. It just turned up at house 4 days later..”

“I bought a Jackery 500 and a 1000 about a week later. The sale of the 500 was flawless, however I bought the 1000 and apart from the acknowledgment of purchase I waited a few days the enquired about delivery. I was told they were not in stock after several emails that were not answered I phoned them to find they had just come in 4 days later it arrived. Poor communication with customer is the problem.”

“Jackery was delivered on time, But solar panels were delivered the next day by a different carrier. Very satisfied with product, just looking forward to sunnier weather to put it through paces.”

“The team is sincere and well-meaning, but hopelessly overwhelmed by current demand, owing to dire warnings of power interruptions in the media. If ordering from them be realistic about your expectations, the company operates out of a very small unit in a small business park and I think are trying their best.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It is true that we are very busy due to demand but it is not true that we are 'hopelessly overwhelmed'. Things are taking a little longer to process and customers are aware of this. We currently operate from 5 industrial units, including workshops, EcoFlow service and administration, storage warehouse and showroom. We also have a brand new building in construction that will be finished in January and a sales and service office in Wales. So we are not a very large company but not that small either!

“I was really impressed. I phoned for information and advice, and received both, and the gentleman to whom I spoke was very helpful. “Bought a Senci SC4000-II 3.8kW Electric Start from Hampshire generators. Arrived in good time with good comms. The generator is very well finished and after putting oil and fuel in , it started first time and ran a large disc cutter perfectly. Nicely made with a good sized fuel tank, the wheels are great for easy manouvering.”

“I ordered a week ago. No follow up email other than to say my order is received - I haven’t received the generator yet. I’ve emailed twice asking for an estimated delivery date and had no response. When I emailed asking about generator to buy I got a response within minutes. Now you have my money I get nothing for days.”
