“I had a few questions before making a final decision on the Pramac P 6000s generator, sales referred me to technical, technical referred me to the website, extremely unhelpful and I ended up doing my own research. delivery was not booked as I was told it would be, it took 3 attempts and xx emails to get the generator delivered, but still a random delivery day. certainly gave the impression they are all about the sale without the service, however, I did end up with what I paid for.”

“Purchasing from Hampshire Generators has been a pleasure from start to finish, I received excellent advice on my purchase of Generator ,the XL 4000ii . The Guy I spoke to gave me a full product overview and assured me of my choice. The delivery was excellent it arrived on the day I had asked for by 11.00 AM I would highly recommend Hampshire Generators and would have no hesitation in using again.”

“Thank you for completing the order in good time, but I was surprised it came from another company. I would like to make a suggestion that would improve your already good customer service, that is please keep the customer informed about the delivery and source. I received an SMS from a delivery company saying I had a package from a company I had never heard of, and providing a link for delivery details. In these days of all too frequent scams, I did not follow the link so I had no idea that it was referring to the power station. However, thank you, I received the power station in good time.”

“The remote control for my proposed purchase of an EcoFlow Delta Pro which I hasten to add will be my next purchase from Hampshire Generators arrived on time and I am pleased with it. “Only had the ef delta two days really really good on the smaller appliances and superb for charging mobiles and laptops it does use quite a bit more energy more quickly on the larger appliances but of course everyone should know this, overall after only two days use I'm very impressed, can't wait to see what this baby can really do.”

“Took pot luck with this company as details from an Internet search, no prior dealings or recommendations. I'm not very mechanically minded or computer literate but found what I needed in seconds, placed the order without any faff, got the part well packaged and in good time. Would I use them again? Yep, without hesitation.”

Thanks for your review - the National Grid announcement last week about power cuts increased the phone calls to us by 500% and we are still working through the messages - we have been asking for people to email rather than call as it is much quicker to respond. I hope you are happy with the equipment you purchased.

“Hampshire Generators were impossible to get through to and no-one bothered to return my calls. Someone eventually responded to one of my emails telling me to expect delivery of my very expensive items within 5-7 working days on the 7th working day. Once you have paid them thousands of pounds they cut you off. They did bother to respond to me after several more communications and I am on the verge of raising a case of fraud against them. Do NOT use them, you will be more than VERY DISSAPOINTED.”

Thanks for leaving a review but this review was left after your goods were delivered safely by DPD the day before. The item ordered was a Bluetti PV350 solar panel and it cost £800 not several thousands of pounds!
