“Ordered a Bluetti AC200Max from Hampshire Generators last Thursday evening. Had confirmation of the purchase but then nothing regarding dispatch, so I called them yesterday to see if it was on schedule. I was told that these items are dispatched directly, but that it should be delivered towards the end of the week and I should get confirmation of dispatch. The only clue I had that it was on its way was an SMS from DPD with the delivery slot for today. Thankfully, our DPD driver is a regular and knows where to leave things when we're not home.”

“I have now bought two generators from Hampshire this year, a large Teksan and a smaller Champion. On both occasions dealing with the company, I have found the turnaround time to be excellent. Advice and guidance on the Teksan was spot on.”
