“Rang them to have a chat for some guidance on which might be the best portable power station. They were very friendly and helpful with expert knowledge. After 10 minutes of understanding what I needed it for (to provide a few hours power for wifi/laptop etc during powercuts) they came up with a solid recommendation which having now arrived and tried out fits the bill exactly. The team are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!”

“My first, and possibly only, encounter with Hampshire Generators has been excellent throughout. I was seeking an all weather generator cover. My first point of contact came through the clear and easily navigated website. All the information I needed was available there. However, to be sure I contacted the company by phone. The person I spoke to offered excellent advice about which size to purchase - even going to check the product himself during the phone call. After making my purchase on line, the cover was dispatched and arrived more quickly than anticipated. The product itself is of excellent quality and I am confident that it will meet my needs well. The company deserves to prosper if it can consistently provide such excellent service to its customers. Thank you.”

“I rang them before I ordered as I wanted more information they were very knowledgeable and helpful, I purchased a portable power station, and was told it could be a 3 week wait, my purchase arrived 4 days later, the customer service was excellent”

“The team at Hampshire Generators is first class. The customer service they provided was beyond my expectations. I trust them. I would recommend them to my close family and friends. I’ve never been the sort to spend money on kit like generators, batteries and solar panels and when I first made contact with Hampshire Generators by phone, Andy M took the time to listen to, and answer, all of my questions. I emailed at times with additional queries, and the team always responded very quickly – usually within half an hour. And when I emailed with some quite technical queries, Tom responded quickly, taking the time to phone me and explain some very helpful details. I made a few purchases based on their extremely helpful advice, and I'm happy with what I bought. And when I made purchases that they didn’t have in stock at the time, the team were good at letting me know when I could expect delivery. Big thanks to all at Hampshire Generators. “Cannot fault the product or the great price. Unfortunately the estimated delivery times are not accurate as 10 to 12 days transpired to be nearly a month, Unfortunately there was no contact to keep me notified apart from when I queried my order. I would recommend just checking stock prior to ordering unless you don't mind a long wait.”

“The product seems very good however time will tell, only arrived a week ago. Delivery took a very long time, over 4 weeks and I had no idea why until I contacted supplier direct. I was informed item was out of stock and prob would arrive at end of the month. Would have been much better if I was advised of the out of stock situation before having to call the supplier to understand lack of delivery”

“Excellent product and delivery, poor communications from HG's as my order was slightly delayed due to issues with the manufacturer. HG's could have sent me an email let me know, instead, I had to phone them up and it took a while I'm guessing that they are very busy but it's the basic's that might.”

“On asking if you sold a solar generator weighing about 8kg, I was pleased with the information I was given and the answers given to the questions I asked via several emails. With the generator only having 700 watts capacity, it will do the table lamps and television which I have tested and hopefully my computer complex which I have yet to test, for I've yet to take the second Bluetti out of its box. Similarly the solar panel. What would be good is a generator that can handle the 2,000 watts which most kitchen appliances require, the kettle for example, whilst only being about 8kg in weight, a weight which is reasonably portable for older people whose wrists might not be as strong as they once were. But so far so good.”

“Placed order for two EcoFlow products on Thursday. The River Mini arrived on Saturday via DPD & the Delta mini on Monday morning. Very impressed with the speed of delivery but I had no prior notice of the 2nd delivery which just turned up & it was sheer chance that I was in to receive it. In an earlier phone call to HG I was told it would probably come Tuesday. Understood that it may be a split delivery which is annoying, so all the more important to use a courier who gives tracking info. But for this issue I would have given 5 stars.”
