“ordering the Jackery Generator and Solar panel and paying in full was fine. It was when only the generator and the carry bag came but not the solar panel that I had to call customer service only to be told that the solar panel was out of stock. This was a total let down as I only ordered it thinking it would all come together. I was not told this when ordering and it was only put on line that it was out of stock after I complained. This was very disappointing as I was off to the outer Hebrides and needed the solar panel. It came whilst I was away. Not happy!”

“Following a recent purchase for an additional battery for our Ecoflow River Pro we decided that we would like to add the 160w solar panel kit. Given that we could not obtain any we left our email details and were notified when they were in stock. An order was placed and tge goods were shipped with no delay. First rate service from this company. Highly recommended.”

Thanks for leaving a review - we have checked this and see that your warranty claim was passed on to Champion (manufacturer's warranty) and we heard nothing from you at all after that. So assumed it was all sorted. To say we are a scam is a bit harsh!

“Being oap's and concerned about possible brownouts this coming winter ,plus our petrol generator is getting far to heavy for us to move around ,we wanted something easier to live with Ecoflow delta was the answer ,so many good points. Ecoflow was delivered very quickly ,works perfectly,hope to be able to buy another one soon ,and of course from Hants generators”
