“The order for a starter battery was fulfilled fine. Unfortunately, this turned out NOT to be the problem. I contacted HG to see if you could help and there seemed not to be any possibility. Whilst it seemed ridiculous I contacted the company who sold the generator and they gave me a fixed price including transportation to west Wales to repair the machine ... which they did within a week.”

“Purchased an Ecoflow Delta mini and it really is a great piece of kit. Very happy with the supply and delivery and after care from Hampshire Generators after having only a minor problem with a faulty solar lead which was replaced by the technical department. Very good service and highly recommend.”

“The might Atom - Excellent generator. HG processed the order quickly and the generator arrived on time. So absolutely no worries about the products they sell and delivery especially as I live in Scotland. Only annoyance for me was that the special offer of a cover, spare oil and a caravan weren’t included in the delivery and nobody replied to my query about it, so I never did get them!”

“Champion are good generators, but if in doubt buy more power. Our 3900 watt can only power two appliances. Starts to chug if a third is used.”

Thanks for leaving a review - it is appreciated. The courier we used for the larger Power Stations has now been replaced due to lack of information. So thanks for the feedback to help us with that decision. I hope you like the EcoFlow DELTA unit and have many useful years of use of it - please let us know if you need anything else.
