“The ordering process was simple enough. Delivery was prompt, although the first delivery was for the wrong make and model. I received the correct unit a week later which I am delighted with. I bought this mainly to power my CPAP machine. ( Airsense 10 Autoset) 3 nights camping with 2 phone charges later it was still at 76% power left. (Jackery Explorer 500 and 100w solar panel) I have not needed to use the solar panel yet as it uses so little power.”

“Placed a order for a stephill Honda engine 6500hms long run generator and it arrived in 2 days like I was told it would. Well packaged, works perfectly- no complaints at all. Follow up customer services were great when I had a fault with the fuel cap they replaced it straight away free of charge no questions. Highly recommend 👌.”
