“Fast and easy to order and was informed on my delivery date first class service”

“Mixed feelings. Generator arrived promptly and good value for money, however I chose this company over others because their website said they had the generator cover in stock. When the items arrived there was no cover. They did not bother to notify me that they had not shipped the cover so it was left down to me up contact them about it - they just said the covers were not in stock and would be sent in the future. That was weeks ago - no cover still - no offer of a refund either. - no further contact from them. I had wanted to store the generator outside but with no cover I have to lug it and out every time I want to use it which is a real pain. If you don't have stock then don't sell items via your website that you don't have! So not feeling very happy right now to be honest.”

Thanks for leaving a review - we are waiting for stock of the Champion Generator Covers and will send as soon as they arrive. But of course, you can have a refund instead - please email or call us and we will do that straight away.

“Order went well and initial follow up good. Very nice product. So why 1 star. When the generator did not arrive on the time specified. I initially had 2 or 3 calls with your customer services. I received totally wrong or incorrect shipping information. I was then directed to call your suppliers, shipping firms etc. it was a complete fiasco. Item finally arrived around 2 weeks late. It also came from a totally different shipping company than the one I was told to contact originally.”

“Excellent Service and helpful staff, we are in Northern Ireland so we had issues with Brexit & Customs, Hampshire Generators were able to help us with where to go to sort the issues out. This was a shipper issue and not one caused by Hampshire Generators, we only had a few days delay in the end getting our generator.”

“I required some motor brushes for a Loncin Generator, a well known Generator spares company wanted £37.00 (reduced from a previous even higher price) Hampshire Generators supplied me the same Brushes for £9.99, they also got them to me next day; fantastic price and superb service , I will definitely use these guys for any future parts I require.”

“Not great service, placed an order for a generator and starter on the 13t March and am still waiting for the starter. Whilst I understand that these are not made in the Uk, there has been no updates from Hampshire Generators until I call them, of course they have had my money since then.”
