“I was not happy receiving the package from DBP. It arrived with several punctures to the boxing and I will not know if this has damaged the solar panels inside until I receive the solar powered generator in early January (bought directly from Ecoflow)”

“I placed an order and received confirmation via email, which was fine but there was no update as to when I might receive my order. After approx 10 days I rang Hampshire Generators and was told there would be another 10 days before they received stock - clearly, they are very happy to take your money weeks before they had stock!! Not a great way to treat customers. If you don't have readily available stock, just put it on your website when stock will be available and let potential customers pay when stuff is available. Also, I didn't receive the £25 love2shop card!!”
