“Very prompt delivery only I was not informed of the delivery time or date so I was not in when it arrived. It was left on our front doorstep and was too heavy to move without assistance. No tracking information. I have now run the generator briefly and all seems to be OK”

“Really pleased with the items. Thought there was a lack of communication after the purchase. No delivery date or confirmation email. Had to call to confirm. Was a little worried I'd been scammed”

“Let down by poor communication I ordered two generators from here - an Ecoflow River and a Jackery Explorer. Jackery delivered recently, all seemed fine. There is no email receipt sent after purchases.I had to screen shot the checkout. As for my Ecoflow - no idea when it will be in stock, or sent or status. No one's bothered to update the customer so poor customer communication loses two stars”

“Speedy service. Small ‘problem’ with delivery (wasn’t expecting two separate deliveries) but spoke to HG who put our minds at rest that this was normal. Both deliveries on the same day - 2 days after ordering. Only glitch was DPD who delivered to us, and spoke to us, but then logged the delivery as next door and a random name received it. Not quite sure what to make of that!!! Unit working well. Thanks”

“generator arrived well boxed and undamaged to north wales, Ive read that people struggle to top the oil up on purchase, if you know the capacity of the sump just tip the generator on it's side and put a little bit less in it because of manufacturers small amount that is added. I had previously emailed hampshire generators for advice before purchase and received a prompt and courteous reply. Outstanding retailers”

“Company was fantastic, the product I got was perfect! 5 stars. My concerns going in for IMO an expensive item, there unit was in line with what I had researched. I ordered on Tuesday, it arrived via dpd on the Tuesday, 5 days excluding weekend here in the UK. Unit is well made and came with 60% charge :-) thank you Bluetti! Works well, now the next step, solar panels :-) another minefield if terminology to get my head around. Yes I recommend these people, I had a good experience buying from them.”
