“Price-wise I guess competitive, but I was most miffed to get a different Generator than I ordered - ok, only colour-wise - and I can't be doing with re-ordering, waiting in again for delivery etc etc - but a right disappointment none the less!”

“Hi i have a defective jackery 240 still under guarantee its been two weeks not heard anything sent an email last week got no response. spent £2000 on a bluetti ac 200 max after a phone call to hampshire for some advise only to spot it £100 cheaper after ive ordered it. 4 working days in on order no email to even acknowledge receipt of money.”

“Been looking for a portable power station for last few months as a precaution to power cuts this winter so been on a lot of sites and read a lot of reviews. Decided on Ecoflow and Hampshire Generators fitted the bill for making a purchase. This was just before a long weekend but logging onto their website gave you the information you needed about your order. Power station arrived on the Tuesday well packaged and nothing missing. Very happy with price and service from them and would recommend.”

“Jackery 240 UK Explorer powering my Hitachi 22 inch LED Flat Screen Television. 22/08/2022, 18.00-1830 Battery power 100% to 94%. 24/08/2022, 18.00-1830 Battery power 94% to 88%. 26/08/2022, 18.00-18.30 =88% to 82%. 27/08/2022, 19.00-20.00 =82% to 70%. 29/08/2022, 07.00-08.04 = 70% to 58%. Same day, 09.15-11.15 =58% to 30%. I got 5 hours 34 minutes use of the Television, with 30% of battery life left, at which point, I charged up my Jackery 240 UK Explorer. From time I ordered and paid in full, to receiving Jackery 240 UK Explorer from Hampshire Generators, was 3 days. Swift service and I love my Jackery 240 UK Explorer, thanks Hampshire Generators. I will probably buy at least one more as well !”

“Ordered my EcoFlow Delta Pro and after 10 days I had not heard back. 1 email to the contact email address and I was assured the DP would be delivered within 48 hours as they had been awaiting stock. Less than 48 hours later it arrived as promised. Excellent service. If I could propose 1 small item - please consider emailing customers weekly with an update - it would go a long way to re-assuring your customers they are not forgotten (which I clearly was not !) Thank you for your service.”
