“I contacted Hampshire Generators first using your online contact form. No response. I rang and received reasonable advice. Enough to help me make a purchase. Think it could have been more helpful as a first time customer, buying for home use. Disappointed to find the starter oil pack was missing the second litre of oil listed on order form; delivered oil appears to be wrong spec. Rang (no point in using email form!) And left message over bank holiday that oil was missing from.order. So far no response.”

“An excellent service, extremely competitive prices but we chose them because of reputation and clear delivery info' they did not disappoint, it arrived very quickly well packed with good level of charge already (Jackery battery) it powered our fridge with top ups from solar panels over 4 days. Brilliant.”

“I couldn’t be more pleased with my Jackery Explorer 240. We spend a lot of time away from home so it is nice to have a power source alongside us. At home we are using the device to power all of our ‘mobile’ devices too. All powered by the Sun. So, basically free energy, if you discount the initial investment. I am always looking for ways to reduce my outgoings and to live cleaner and more sustainably. Living in Suburbia that isn’t always that isn’t always that easy - but this little device feels like a tiny step in the right direction and I smile, every time I use it.”

“Stated on my order that delivery must be on 7 ton max lorry as house is at end of v narrow lane. Also asked for 24 hours notice of delivery. Delivery was on an 18 ton vehicle and the driver had great difficulty in getting here and caused great inconvenience all round( although the driver was most helpful). Also no notice of delivery. Poor service all round.”

Thanks for taking time to leave us a review - the price paid directly through our website includes standard delivery and, unfortunately, does not include special timings or vehicle sizes without extra charges.
