“Bought a brand new HONDA 320i Generator good price as it included delivery on a pallet and a litre of oil I had a problem with the starter cord but they responded quickly via e-mail so hopefully solved.”

“Had to chase up, after 3 days wait for a reply to a left phone message and an e-mail customer enquiry, so not good. Person I spoke to was somewhat vague in answering my specific questions re a certain generator model; I wanted a running cover for a generator that I already have. I took a chance and it broadly satisfies my needs; I may have to make an adjustment to make it fit around the exhaust. Delivery was fantastic, I ordered via the web one afternoon and it arrived next morning. All in all - average in my view.”

“Ordered a Pramac 3000i inverter generator, delivered in pristine condition. Oil & petrol put in & started on 3rd pull. Run in & tested so far at 1kw, with TV; Fridge/Freezer & a few lights. All working great & ready for any power cuts now this winter.”

They advised me promptly, inquired whether I wanted to cancel the order or retain it promising that the item would be available again in a couple of weeks. I kept the order open and the battery was delivered without fuss in about ten days. Very good service, I thought, and I would buy from them again.”
