“Visited Hamsphire Generators having found then online and realised that they were local to me. I explained what I was after and was told to wait until mid May when the item was due in. Mid May, there it was so ordered online and collected from their yard. Although offered free delivery meant i would have to wait in for delivery so collection was more viable. An easy company to deal with”

“On assembly, the new petrol HY8000Ei Generator was found to have a major oil leak, due to a stray nut lodged in an underneath part of the engine. This will be the subject of an e-mail complaint/warranty claim (accompanied by photographs) which will be sent within the next few days.”

“Order was placed on the basis that all items were in stock and available for dispatch! This was clearly not the case. 4 months on and still do not have a date for the ATS to complete the order. Not impressed. If it's not available, don't sell it!”

Thanks for leaving a review - the Warrior ATS panels have been out of stock for a while and Warrior are having some serious supply problems. They are listed as 'on back order' on our website with a current delivery in August. Please call us if you need to amend your order or need anything else.
