About Halo:

Halo is a registered charity and social enterprise running 25 sport and leisure centres throughout Herefordshire, Bridgend County Borough, Merthyr Tydfil, Shropshire and Swindon on behalf of the local authorities. We often discuss our status as a social enterprise, but many of our customers are unsure of what it actually means and more importantly, how it benefits them. Being a social enterprise means Halo trades for social purposes. We are a registered charity and 'not for profit' organisation, with no shareholders.

The money we make is ploughed back into the facilities.

Dear Stephen, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback, I'm sorry you found the dryside showers to be unacceptable. We have recently changed external cleaning staff so I will pass on your feedback to the company to ensure they are training their staff on the required standards of cleanliness. I will also share with our team to reiterate regular checks of facilities. Please do speak to a member of staff at the time of your visit if you find this area to be unacceptable and they will take the necessary action to rectify. “Very good,staff are friendly,customer service is great,cafe area,food/drink vending machine,jumping gym great for the young ones,gym has very nice equipment/more and friendly community,swimming area is very good for all ages”

“most staff are pleasant , but their is a lack of knowledge on some of your offers , changing rooms are normally clean , except on week end , the changing room toilet need looking at and being fix as they are a night mare and i have seen things i can not unsee, However the pools are great , i am yet to try the rest of the facilities,”
