I am very disappointed with your service ,the first grate sent last week was left at a garage on the mainland 10miles round trip away,I am 80yrs old and the courier did not inform any one that he had left it there. when it came it was the wrong size,a replacement was sent by the same useless courier on Thursday and its now Sunday and no sign of it, I have spent the coldest week of the year with no fire so I will not be dealing with you again . I have also found the same grate on line up to £10 cheaper
