“I was asked for exact dimensions and curve as it is custom made and when it arrived it was flat plate with the curve I sent by post at the top.when it asked for exact sizes I would have drawn it out precisely if top was curved, A subsequent communication for you said you can't supply curved glass and there is no refund as it was special order.”

“I bought a fire trim in matt black, because the black paint is spray painted the surface was chipped. I am going to see if I can repaint the fire trim in hammerite paint not sure if it works. very poor quality!”

Hello Neil, Thank you for your review, I have checked but can not see any correspondence regarding you receiving the wron item but on looking at your order we can see you ordered and received the bricks for the Tiger Inset (3 piece) which is quite a bit cheaper and smaller than the Multi Fuel which are probably the ones you need. “Coal bunker arrived damaged. Panels twisted and scratched. Parts needed application of molegrips to enable assembly. Bunker sliding door cannot be removed while getting coal out because of damage. Lid does not sit level. £20 discount offered on another purchase, then price increased by £20. Declined.”

“This is absolute rubbish, tried linking it together but metal is so thin and sharp that I cut my hand in the process, and it still does not link in properly. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS.”
