“On the 11/12/2022 I ordered and paid for a door glass for my Dru 64 log burner, which they said they had in stock, also it was paid for via PayPal on the same day. I’m still waiting for the part today. No log burner, having to continually use the gas central heating to keep warm, not a word from the company despite the fact that I have made contact with them. So much for British Industry. O/No. 100119899.”

“Placed an order 6th December and paid for quick delivery but it had not been dispatched until 20th December, I then received a message from the delivery company to say it would not be delivered until after Christmas. I tried 5 times to call them and it went to voicemail, I left a message every time with the order number and my mobile number but no one responded, then after sending an email they finally despatched it... I am very disappointed about the way this has been dealt with no one calling me to explain why they held onto my order for 3 weeks before dispatching it.”
