Im really sorry but its a bit insulting asking for a review when iam still waiting for my order to arrive.. I have paid for an order that I still do not have, how can I rate anything other than 1 star.

I ordered a replacement glass for a wood burner, it wasn’t in stock but would be delivered in 3-4 days (Thursday) no confirmation received, rang on Thursday to be told it had not been received by your company but would be latest the next day. Rang again on Monday to be told still not received and they would chase and get back to me., had to ring again to be told probably believers by next day. I cancelled the order. Ordered from another company and received the following day. Luckily the weather was mind but customers not happy with the delays. I would have thought you would have chase your supplier when it didn’t turn up on the scheduled day and not rely on your customers to chase you.

If you cannot send something to Greece you could send an email. Do not just send a refund. It would have been nice to have been notified.

I can only reflect negatively: my order was placed 17 days ago. Despite numerous phone calls, the stove glass replacement has still not been delivered to the warehouse let alone expedited to my address. My faith was placed in the company as I was assured that a speedy delivery could be achieved - nothing lies further from the truth and we’re still waiting…

I ordered a brick for my Baxifire as on line it said I would get it by return, then said it would take a week. I waited over 2 weeks and still no sign and when I phoned was informed that it still had not been dispatched. What poor service, I cancelled the order ( still no money back yet) and went elsewhere, it is £10 cheaper and in stock a has been dispatched allready. Suggest people don’t shop here.

No comms regarding order despite me emailing and asking for an update. Took over a week to arrive and hardly any notice then. I won’t use this outfit again. Don’t bother replying saying how sorry you are. You couldn’t be bothered to reply to my email so don’t defend yourself when someone writes an accurate review of you!

Having checked our emails , i can see that we did reply to your email on the 10th October which was the next working day from receiving your email dated Saturday 8th as we are closed at weekends. (maybe this went into your spam/junk file?) As you were aware when you placed the order , this item was currently out of stock and this was dispatched to you as soon as the new stock arrived. Hi Mr Hart Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that Royal Mail have not yet delivered your order which was dispatched on Wednesday 12th October to you. Due to the strike on Thursday this may have caused a slight delay with them however we would expect you to receive this within the next couple of days. Absolutely useless fireplace cleaner. Used exactly as instructions on a limestone fireplace it was recommended for. Totally useless. Company did not reply to complaint, and when chased refused return. Avoid, Avoid.

I am very disappointed as I spend over 40 euro on my order which was a heat resistent paint spray. I placed the order on 23rd September and I still haven't received it or had any correspondence from the website. I emailed this morning so waiting for a reply

Hello Brenda, Thank you for your review however i can see that your order is for a made to measure fire trim which are on an approximate 5 week lead time as per the website. Unfortunately the review e-mails are automated which under normal circumstances is fine but on made to measure orders this sometimes happens. They sold me something they didn't have, which should be illegal. I waited over a week for it to arrive damaged. Half the adhesive in the packing. Enough left for me to finish one job bot only just. Make your own decision, but I won't use again

Hello James, Thank you for your review, i have checked back and can see a response to your e-mail was sent to you on 20th at 16:12 to advise that there had been a delay on the Primium Fire Cement. I have chased this up again today and it should be with us tomorrow or Monday. As soon as your order is complete it will be dispatched for next working day delivery. We are sorry for the delay.
