“very helpful.was disappointed that the first fire basket was slightly damaged and broken. however a replacement was speedily sent, unfortunately, this was also broken in the same place. didn't have the heart to complain again as they said to keep the first one that I welded up. maybe better packaging or change delivery people.”

“I recently ordered an mat black metal fire trim from grate fireplace accessories but when it arrived it didn’t fit as I misjudged the size and it was slightly marked on a seem but the sales person was fantastic as I sent a photo of the damage she refunded me immediately I then ordered a made to measure following their instructions. It was a pleasure to receive such understanding and great service. Thank you”

“I can only reflect negatively: my order was placed 17 days ago. Despite numerous phone calls, the stove glass replacement has still not been delivered to the warehouse let alone expedited to my address. My faith was placed in the company as I was assured that a speedy delivery could be achieved - nothing lies further from the truth and we’re still waiting…”
