“Still awaiting for my product 3rd week in. Was advertised as delivered within 7 days. Tried contacting at least 10 times, no answer. Would have reviewed as 1 star if it wasn’t for the website being so easy to use”

“Prompt delivery , used the company several times . Used the copper stove spray to jazz up my old tatty radiators . Strong smell when applying, but it soon goes. Great coverage & wearing well . Have recently bought gold to do the lounge radiator & several coppers for a bedroom & hallway .”

“was sceptical but product and customer service outstanding small order for grate ash pan and hardwood the lighter fuel is outstanding only 2 for a full fire, jo and her other member are outstanding at keeping you at ease and dpd tracked lets you know when your parcel will arrive in a 2 hr frame.”

“Bought some Vitcas HB60, High-Temperature Adhesive. Reasonably priced. However, using DPD as the courier meant that the plastic tub was smashed during transit. Even on the second time with fragile tape over the packaging. Unfortunately, I had to ask for a full refund.”
