“I needed a made-to-measure gas fire and emailed my requirements. The response came very quickly. When I needed further information, customer service contacted the manufacturers and again got back to me quickly. It was very quick and easy to place my order over the phone and the service was helpful and friendly. The gas fire arrived quickly and was well-packaged. Thr price was very reasonable.”

“Absolutely useless fireplace cleaner. Used exactly as instructions on a limestone fireplace it was recommended for. Totally useless. Company did not reply to complaint, and when chased refused return. Avoid, Avoid.”

“I am very disappointed as I spend over 40 euro on my order which was a heat resistent paint spray. I placed the order on 23rd September and I still haven't received it or had any correspondence from the website. I emailed this morning so waiting for a reply”
