“Made an order 22/11/22, still not recieved my product but sure enough they took the payment!!!! Shambles”

“I placed the order on the 22nd of November, 1 item was not available (some tongs) and I emailed to say please send the fire grate and other items that were in stock. I received no reply. I was emailed on the 1st of December to say the items had been dispatched and I received the items on the 8th of December. Pretty poor service all round really when we really needed the fire burning...”

“After contacting Grate Fireplace Accessories to check I was ordering the correct part for my gas stove, I received a fast email response to confirm it was the correct one. I placed the order and the part arrived much quicker than expected. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Ordered 3 Items, 1 of which was not in stock at the time. All arrived within 1 week of ordering. 1 item (20kg tub of plaster) had been cracked during transport and some product was lost. Jo at Grate Fireplace Accessories gave me the option of a full refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement. Very good overall service with fast response times to messages.”
