“I purchased some Heat Resistant Spray Paint from Grate Fireplace, and it was fantastic stuff! Great coverage on a storage heater cover, and a lovely finish. The reception team were great, too - I needed the paint quickly, so rang to get an update on despatch, and the lady I spoke to was really nice and helpful, and sent across all the tracking information I asked for straight away. The paint arrived quickly and in time, and all in all, it was a great purchase experience.”

“I am delighted with the "Fire Fret" I have purchased. It is exactly what I wanted to replace a brass item. Interaction with GFA was excellent. The Fret was initially on back order, however I was fully informed of its progress. Unfortunately, the reason I did not give 5 stars was that one of the finials was damaged, presumably in transit. While I am sure that if I had contacted GFA, I am convinced my issue would have been resolved based on my previous interaction with the company. Luckily, the finials on the old brass Fret fitted the new one satisfactorily.”
