“Ordered hearth tiles, very prompt delivery. A few tiles were broken on arrival I emailed a photo to show this, replacement tiles were sent out immediately. Very good service.”

“Our woodburner fireplace is quite large, and the selection of hearths available is very limited - to two hearths in fact. The first one we tried I had to return (millimetres too large), but the 'second attempt' was, by a tiny margin, OK for depth (front-back). It fits very snuggly (front to back), a bit too wide, but I think we can cope with that.Yet to be tried out, but no obvious reason why our logs would not burn well.”

“Fast and prompt delivery however item lasted 24 hours, did everything as advised but still product warped, bent and broke in half … contacted them by ohone left msg and email … never got back to me … shame that really”
