“Excellent advice and service”

“I ordered a fire back in good faith at the beginning of December and was told it would be delivered within a week. As of today 17th I am still waiting. I have tried repeatedly to get a response from the company. When after six messages I got a call on Wednesday and was told 'we are very busy' and that the courier had tried 5 times to contact me--complete fabrication. They would deliver on Friday -I stayed in all day NO show No explanation. Saturday--No response -left 2 messages to call me back -No contact Would not use these people ever again”

“I placed an order for the wrong product. I called the day after to explain that i made a mistake. I was refunded without any problem. I ordered the correct item which was hestproof plaster. It was delivered the day after. Fantastic service. Thank you”

“After the day my order should have arrived I had an email each day for 7 days from the courier saying due to an unforeseen problem the parcel would be delivered next day After a week I contacted Grate Fireplace and the parcel arrived next day So the courier was at fault not the seller”

“These bellows took a long time to arrive but when they did I was very pleased with them, they are solid and look good, nice wood and decent leather, worth the wait although I was getting anxious as they are a Christmas present for my son . Overall I would recommend as the quality of the bellows is excellent.”
