“Order placed 3rd Nov, money was taken from my account 4th Nov, six-day delivery quoted but nothing received by 14th Nov. Order should have been received on 16th from their suppliers but now informed it would be another 3 to four weeks. I cancelled the order. Your order/stock processes seem to be sadly lacking.”

Good morning Trevor, Thank you for your review. I can see that you placed an order for a made-to-measure hearth on 13th October and, as per the website, the current lead time is 4 weeks. I would anticipate you expecting a delivery around the w/c 8th November. Regards.

“Bought glass for my Chalfont log burner. Arrived in time. But glass doesn't fit my Chalfont burner . I emailed 4 pictures over with sizes both pieces of glass showing difference in size your company was not helpful over it at all. And now I have to pay for return of glass ???? Item unfit for use ??? Would I buy from this company again. NO.”
