Hello James, Thank you for your review, i have checked back and can see a response to your e-mail was sent to you on 20th at 16:12 to advise that there had been a delay on the Primium Fire Cement. I have chased this up again today and it should be with us tomorrow or Monday. As soon as your order is complete it will be dispatched for next working day delivery. We are sorry for the delay.

“Bought a coal fire nest and a fender several months ago. After the 2nd day the fender broke. After approx 3 months the nest started falling to pieces. I spoke online to some guy about the fender who was downright offhand and said I should have informed them within 2 weeks. Not sure what 2 weeks has to do with it as it was still only 3 weks old. I called about the nest. The lady I spoke to said it should last up to 2years and she would look into it, could I send photos , which I did. She ignored me. I called a second time about the nest and left a message which was also ignored. As far as I'm concerned the reviews are suspect and I'll certainly be giving them a miss in future.”

“Fire surround arrived but I didn’t open it for a couple of days,when I did it was broken,unbeknown to me I had received an email saying damage had to be reported within 24 hours of reciept,I may be able to use it but I would use or recommend this company to anyone.”

Hello Mr Bell, Thank you for your review however I have checked back and can not see any correspondence to advise us that we had sent you the wrong size grate. The 18" Parkray Paragon Fire Grate which you ordered should have had dimensions of: Overall Depth: 215mm Width at Front: 406mm Width at back: 305mm Please let us know if this is not the case and we will look into it for you.
