Bought glass for my Chalfont log burner. Arrived in time.
But glass doesn't fit my Chalfont burner . I emailed 4 pictures over with sizes both pieces of glass showing difference in size your company was not helpful over it at all.
And now I have to pay for return of glass ???? Item unfit for use ???
Would I buy from this company again. NO.
