“I needed a replacement grate for my fire. They had the correct size in stock at a fair price and they despatched it immediately. The grate is......grate! The Service was......grate! The only slight hiccup was that DPD messed up the delivery which was annoying. I gave feedback on this but I suspect they won't have acted on it. Also, their website was picked up by my internet safety software as dodgy, but it worked fine for me and I made Grate aware of this. Just in case your software warns you about their website - I think it's OK :).”

“At least they phone back when you leave a message. Goyt Mill is large and signage could be better to locate their unit They took on board an issue I had with applying their offer code and the address where to collect items from. I still await my £5 refund I was promised for the problems I had with the discount code. All staff were very friendly and helpful”
