“Delivered on time and well packed. Excellent fire screen, well made, sturdy and looks good in front of our log burner. We needed a higher screen for safety as we were worried about our cat jumping over our previous screen, and this does the job perfectly. I also like that you can change the tips from black to a gold colour. When not in use the screen folds and tucks away alongside the log burner. Very pleased with our purchase and we now have complete peace of mind.”

“Just placed my second order with Grate Fireplace Accessories and, as with my first order, the customer service. was first class/excellent. Unfortunately there was an issue with a couple of tiles which were broken in transit. These were immediately replaced and the email help and communication with Jo and Chris at Grate Fireplace Accessories was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend - great customer service!”

“Our fireplace grate died, and we had some difficulty finding a replacement. Fortunately, we found Grate Fireplace Accesories, and they gave very good advice, and supplied a new grate, almost exactly fitting in our fireplace. Thank You.”

“Had to return the first fire grate as it was too big, and i had to pay £16 to return it not happy about that, perhaps a guide on website on how to measure would be good. Sales team were ok. Not sure if i would use them again.”

“Excellent service. I live in Ireland and had found it impossible to get help to replace my fire basket grate. I made many calls to local companies. Staff member here was superb, spent time checking and getting me to measure, came up with 3 solutions. Discuss possible custom charges. My new grate is a perfect fit. Thank you so so much.”
