“I purchased 14.75'' Rectangular Fire Grate (Fits 18'' Valencia / Spanish Fire Basket) to fit an obsolete Hunter double front wood burner. It does fit but with excellent customer service from Jo thank you in helping me find one of a size to fit great service good product”

“Purchased long poker in it's own individual stand, & a set of tongs for logs. Both items were as described & solidly manufactured. As there was a slight delay on the tongs, they were organised to be shipped direct from the maker instead, which was great delivery.”

“My new grate came within the stated delivery time, and slotted in very nicely. The old one had long ago broken. The web site descriptions and dimensions seemed to work well. Quality looks good, and we look forward to another winter of occasional log fires (very well-seasoned logs I hasten to add!).”
