“Great service - quick simple and polite. The initial ash drawer I ordered was too small ( my fault ) After returning it I was refunded immediately and after ordering the correct size ( using the size tool on the website ) it arrived 3 days later - great quality and fits perfectly under the grate. Very pleased all round.”

“I purchased 14.75'' Rectangular Fire Grate (Fits 18'' Valencia / Spanish Fire Basket) to fit an obsolete Hunter double front wood burner. It does fit but with excellent customer service from Jo thank you in helping me find one of a size to fit great service good product”
