“Bought glass for my Chalfont log burner. Arrived in time. But glass doesn't fit my Chalfont burner . I emailed 4 pictures over with sizes both pieces of glass showing difference in size your company was not helpful over it at all. And now I have to pay for return of glass ???? Item unfit for use ??? Would I buy from this company again. NO.”

“I placed an order on 10th of October, and I have not received this item yet,and it is now the 26th. I feel I have had just generated replies to my emails without any personal input. It remains to be seen if I WILL actually receive my order”
