“The product was good when it finally arrived. But it took 12 days for an ‘off the shelf’ piece of glass to arrive. No tracking info given, arrived via Royal Mail and not DPD as stated via email. Customer services did reply within 24hrs. But 12 day delivery isn’t really acceptable these days.”

HI Thank you for your review. The glass you ordered which was the Newmans Vista Magnifico Stove Glass ((270mm x 270mm)) is rectangular is shape as per the product description. You are more than welcome to return the glass to us and we will gladly issue you a refund . Kind regards

“The fire grate ,front,and all the bit are very good the only problem we had was the screws and nuts would not work properly they kept cross threading or would not start. We just went to the Hardwear store and got two new replacements . Very happy with the fire grate and front just as expected.”

“Very pleased with our fender. It completes the fireplace and looks like it has always been there. And that, in my book, is the highest possible praise. Only one thing would make it perfect, and someone has already said this: It would be better if there was a vertical strip all the way round on the inside. Leaving it open means stuff can roll under the fender.”
