Placed an order 6th December and paid for quick delivery but it had not been dispatched until 20th December, I then received a message from the delivery company to say it would not be delivered until after Christmas. I tried 5 times to call them and it went to voicemail, I left a message every time with the order number and my mobile number but no one responded, then after sending an email they finally despatched it... I am very disappointed about the way this has been dealt with no one calling me to explain why they held onto my order for 3 weeks before dispatching it.
