“Ordered 2 tins of heat proof paint. Checked the delivery date, which was fine. When nothing arrived I contacted them and apparently one of the tins was out of stock and would not be in stock in March. They insisted I would have known this when I ordered, but there was nothing to say this when I ordered and paid and checked the delivery date. They issued a refund quickly but unimpressed with their website and them trying to pass the blame onto me.”

“Looks good fits well price a little high but not a great deal of choice so that's life delivery to twice as long as informed so if your in a rush don't hold your breath . Having said all that I'm happy with my purchase”

Good morning Trevor, Thank you for your review. I can see that you placed an order for a made-to-measure hearth on 13th October and, as per the website, the current lead time is 4 weeks. I would anticipate you expecting a delivery around the w/c 8th November. Regards.
