“Very easy to book with plenty of service choices. Great communication leading up to the appointment & very hassle free. I chose the basic package for indoor/outdoor. - On time. - Thorough. - Got rid of dirt which has been there for many years. - No streaks. - Great treatment as dirt rolled off after a long drive in snow, grit & salt.”

“Had the signature valet. The decontamination has left my car the beautiful deep red it was when I picked it up from the showroom. Josh spent hours cleaning my car & it looked amazing when he was done. Will definitely be using again! Worth every penny!”

“Really easy to book and was called to see if an earlier appointment was acceptable. It was freezing cold and the chap did his best as the temperature would allow! He explained what might not be up to their usual high standards as a result it also advised on how it would be an improvement once it had thawed... Really impressed and will absolutely use Fresh again. Sorry Fresh valets, the puppy has been muddy and shaken it off TayTay style inside the car.”

“Great valet. A brilliant job. Inside was really bad as my dog had been in and out with mud and sand on his paws. When finished my car was as good as new. The outside was lovely and shiny. Great polish and my wheels looked as good as new too. I would recommend to anyone. The price was well excellent and well worth it. I would definitely use them again. Thank you”

“Absolutely brilliant! I booked at gone 2am for 10:30am, Reiss showed up early. Polite, helpful and very professional. I had a full valet done in 2 hours. Amazing results. I had hot chocolate spilled in the chair and the car was a general mess from moving home, fantastic results. I would 100% recommend Reiss and Fresh Mobile Car Valeting. Thank you!”

“All in all a terrible experience. Firstly I booked a £75 valet. On the morning of the valet, Mandi called to say she couldn't do a wet wash at all inside or out due to the poor weather conditions which is absolutely out of their control and understandable. Appointment was booked for 9:30am. Mandi arrived at 10:05 with no communication about being late. She proceeded to do an interior vacuum, dash and windows. She told me the office would provide me with a partial refund on my service because of the weather. According to Fresh she should have confirmed the amended price before completing it. She didn't. I should also have asked. Fast forward a week I e-mailed Fresh to chase my refund. No response. I called and it turned out Mandi had "forgotten" to tell the office I needed a refund. Meanwhile the boot wasn't vacuumed properly, and the windows are all streaked. Charged £45 for the partial vacuum when a mini valet is only £45. I recommended this company to a friend but I have got them to cancel now after they looked at my car. Absolutely would never use them again, poor service all in all and no value for money in them. Head Office were friendly but unable to take any action on the very very poor service I received. Avoid like the plague.”

Hi Stuart, Thank you for raising this to our attention. I believe a member of our team has been in touch with you today to discuss this when you called. We could not see any email about this however. Please note that our operators can sometimes be delayed by traffic or a previous appointment and we advise you at confirmation stage to allow a 30-minute grace window for them to reach you. I understand the price of £45 would have been the price we usually charge for an Interior Standard Clean, which is the equivalent of the services provided on the day. We agree however that this should have been discussed on the day and a refund organised straight away. For these reasons, your valeter has now offered to provide a full refund which has been processed by a member of our team today. We would love to get a chance to make it up to you in the future and hope to see you again soon, in weather conditions that will allow us to provide the full service to the best standards. Thank you again for your understanding! Fresh Car Valeting

“Siddiq went above and beyond of what we asked. Absolutely amazing job and left the car in immaculate condition. Especially given all the stubborn dog hairs! Couldn’t recommend him and the service enough. Worth every penny.”
