“My husband bought me the full valet for my car as a birthday present -brilliant -you can have too many chocolates /flowers / jewellery etc but you can never have too much of someone else doing the cleaning for you !Will from Brighton did an excellent job , all the gunk from the door sills , window crevices , petrol cap area disappeared as if by magic and he went above and beyond to get rid of all those annoying little tar spots which spattered the car during last summers heatwave.The car literally sparkles - I even had the neighbours coming across to have a look and I've passed on your details Trouble is , now I don't want to drive it in case I get it dirty again!”

“Really poor overall experience. I used Fresh thinking it would make things more convenient having them come to me - the reality was the opposite. Used Fresh for both repairs and valeting, quality of the valeting was fine although I had to ask the chap to go back and finish the boot as he hadn't botthered to wipe mud marks. The car repair (replacing a rear wiper motor) was pretty poor. First of all the mechanic snapped the actual wiper off when replacing the motor... he said it was because it was old and a part had rusted, which I gave him the benefit of the doubt on because it is an old car. He assured me he would order the part needed and the office would contact me the next day to book it in. 10 days have passed, I've chased them about 5 times and all I have is radio silence. I also requested an invoice and have been met with the same silence. In thoery Fresh should be a great solution to making repairs more efficient, sadly it's the opposite.”

“Jack fitted new tyres for me today on a set of brand new wheels. He was friendly, professional and careful with the wheels. Communication was good throughout and he arrived when expected. Would be more than happy to deal with Fresh, and Jack again.”

“Would definitely recommend!!!! The first service was really good. However, I had a recurring mould issue in my car afterwards. Sean and Mark were sent out and carried out a second, very thorough job free of charge. I’m very impressed with the service and professionalism.”

“My first time using Fresh and it won’t be the last! I haven’t had my car valeted since I bought it 4 years ago and since having a toddler, it was in need of a good clean. I went for the Signature Valetz Richard Jackson from the Stockport branch did a fantastic job & went above and beyond to get the the car looking better than it did in the showroom inside & out. I would highly recommend Fresh & Richard and will be using them for future valets.”

“Car valeter was booked for 10 am. Valeter arrived at 8.30 am He wanted to get done ? Not happy. I had a car boot full of equipment which is why booked for later. Not happy Was supposed to have a 2 hour appointment he finished in 1 hour and 30 minutes. On checking the car he had missed several areas in the car including chewing gum mashed into side door and a sweet left in the driver side. He had missed cleaning mirrors etc and when I complained he said I put it right. I’m paying a high price and shouldn’t have to ask him “to put it right “. Rotten service. Don’t waste your money on this low class service.”

“We had two cars in for the full valet today and were really happy with the results. Previously we’ve been to hand car washes but this service is on another level. The time and care taken, and attention to detail was outstanding. Both cars sparkle like new, inside and out. Makes me realise what a really clean car can feel like! Highly recommend.”

“Car was valeted today by Mark - phenomenal results. With two young children this was definitely overdue! The service was so convenient being carried out at home. “Turned up on time. Repeated attempts to upsell during initial valet (had paid for full valet) and hence related interruptions. Did not finish clean of car externally and promised to return but did not- when chased with office another member of staff sent to wash vehicle externally. Internal clean left rubbish , windscreen streaked/smeared, and marks on seats. Not particularly impressive for the cost.”

“Mark was fantastic today. This is the second time using Fresh Car Valeting and im always really impressed with the high standard provided and the knowledge that they have. Both times my car has had liquid in it from either spills or broken pipes and they knew exactly what equipment would be most appropriate both times to tackle the issue. “Due to returning to work and using my car to support individuals, I needed my car deep-cleaned because of mould in the seats and 10 years of grime and neglect. Danny did a magnificent job restoring the interior back to its former glory. It smells amazing, and I no longer feel ashamed when people get into my car. He also took the time to explain the next steps to ensure the car airs out properly to prevent mould from settling again, and recommended that I get the boot leak sorted, otherwise the issue could return. Such a lovely gentleman and an absolute pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend his work.”
