“I'll be honest the car was full of dog hair and the gent who visited did a cracking job of getting most of it up and sorted. Recommended to family and friends.”

“Very pleased with how clean my 11 year old banger is! Simon (Portsmouth) was so friendly and professional, he even got rid of the white dog hair imbedded in my seats. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know.”

“Please don’t use this company especially the one in Essex. I paid for a full valet but they didn’t even touch it, a big disappointment. You been warned DO NOT USE FRESH MOBILE CAR VALET.”

Hello Tongai, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I believe a member of our team has been in touch with you to discuss this matter directly. The operator has confirmed that all aspects of the full valet were carried out on your vehicle. Unfortunately, with the vehicle not having any mats or seat covers as protection to the day-to-day elements in which you work in, the valeter was unable to restore some aspects of your vehicle as the surfaces are damaged. Roof lining is not included in a full valet so this wouldn't have been touched on the day. We understand the conversation had to be cut short due to threatening behaviour over the phone towards our operator and one of our team members. Please note we have a zero tolerance policy towards abuse and foul language and this is the reason why we were unable to come to a better resolution with you. Fresh Car Valeting

“The gentleman who came out to our home was exceptionally professional and did a fantastic job. He made sure that the job was done thoroughly. We had the car cleaned for a visiting relative who’s very meticulous about his own cars and he made several comments about how beautifully clean our car was. Would definitely recommend and use again!”
