Quite a poor result. Very disappointing. I paid for a full valet. The man arrived very early, rushed the job and did a poor job. A rip off.

I had a booking on Saturday and i intended on booked every month but as good as the valet was I will not be re booking I had Mark and I felt he was quite unprofessional I had a coffee cup and plastic box in the passenger side of the car and before actually looking inside my car he said "you will have to move aw that shite" I was actually shocked and asked twice that if he didn't want to do the valet he didn't have to. I got the impression he couldn't really be bothered not only that he left the rubbish on my drive after he left good valet not so good customer service swearing and smoking is not something I'd say was very professional. Thanks I will try another company.

Booked a mini-clean twice. The first time was prior to selling my late partner's vehicle, he was a heavy smoker & keen fisherman/car booter, so his car was, frankly, minging. The chap turned up on a freezing day & suggested we reschedule, which we did & he returned a week later & did a fabulous job for the price. The car was ash- & mud-free, smelled nice & lovely & clean inside. So far, so good. About 8 months later, I decided to treat my own car to a mini-clean. I am a non-smoker, no-one has ever smoked in my car, I do not fish, but I also hate cleaning the interior (hence paying someone else to do it!). So my car is mostly dusty, with assorted gravelly bits on the floor, etc. Seats are clean. The guy who turned up this time around, first he rang me to inform me that there was no car outside my house (he was at the wrong house - wrong street in fact, though he seemed reluctant to believe this), then he said the car actually needed a full valet clean, costing £90 PLUS an extra charge for dog hair removal. I don't have a dog (I do have cats, who occasionally travel in the car IN A BASKET, I'm not sure why this should incur the same extra cost as a car covered in Malamute fur). He then said he didn't have enough time for the full valet at that time, and rebooked for the following week. Fortunately head office responded quickly & fairly to my request for a full refund & I can take my dusty car elsewhere

Booked a full valet for the 1st time through Fresh. Guy turned up on time, lovely guy. Was expecting a full wash but he went round with bottles of products spraying the car, didn't see a hose come out at all. He forgot to do inside the fuel flap, which he did do when it was pointed out to him. Had to do some of the inside of the car again as you could still see fingermarks on the touch screen. High glossed area's were not buffed and had wipe marks left, cup holders still had spillage marks. Requested a receipt but still haven't received it and need it for expenses.

Unfortunately I was left a disappointed first time customer that's why I gave 3 star rating there where area's inside the car that hadn't been touched with the hoover other area's like centre column compartments I emptied for cleaning, not done, back seats were not lifted to hoover under I lifted car matts in the back lovely and clean, but when removed car matts a different story not very clean there where a couple of other area's missed if the front seats was moved forward they would have cleaned but they weren't considering I paid £140 and they mention in there advert they clean cars to show room condition sorry not this time won't be using them again.

Was over half an hr late turning up, which isnt an major issue. But then a AutoGlyn van turned up and he was with them for 10 to 20 minutes. Ended up not spending the time and energy in valeting the car. Plastics looked the same and dash sheen was not applied, so still looked dull. Noted a few bits left under drivers seat, so not properly hoovered. Boot wasnt cleaned or hoover even though it was empty! Cost £160 and was suposed to be a show room finish. Had used this company twice a valet done twice. The first valet was great, it was the second valet (a different bloke) who wasnt that good. I ended up hoovering it and cleaned and bought a sheen to use on the plastics. Wouldnt now use again.

Car is lovely and clean, including the child seats, but I did specify that my wife was working nights and not to be woken, which was ignored. Hope you don't need a doctor who isn't concentrating because they've not slept..

Good job, worth the money, except ... being as PHEV, the car systems run on a 12 volt battery and he used the car heater to dry the inside after cleaning (and the radio for entertainment, I think) during the clean ... This meant that after he left I went to the car to find that the 12 volt battery was completely dead. All operating systems, including ignition, absolutely dead. Being in the boot and with the boot automatically locked I couldn't access the battery to charge it without starting the car first (to unlock the boot), but I couldn't get it started because it uses the 12 volt battery to fire the engine. I had to find someone to borrow jump leads from and get another car to do jump from. It turned out it wasn't all as simple as that but, very long story short, in the end I did manage to get the car started and the 12 volt charged, but the process took two days in all and fortunately when the lease company came to collect the car it did start and they were able to drive it away ... but, my God, that was so unnecessarily stressfull!!

Last time when I used your services I was amazed! More than perfect, the car was top cleaned, my driveway was cleared from the chemicals used, the car smelt very nice This time I had to call back the man, my settings for heating was overwritten, the car inside smelt terrible, the driveway the day after has still many chemicals still there, white big fluff everywhere. When the man arrived je moan at the dog hair on the passenger seat, yes one of the reason for having the car cleaned inside is the dog hair on the passenger seat, so I had to pay more, did he top up liquid as paid for? I dont think so. He phoned previously because he wanted to come earlier. So I am not so sure I will hire your services again. You are asking totally unrelated questions such as delivery. This was car valeting not delivery!

How Fresh Car Vateting doesn't make me happy...when you join the car club!; You pay a monthly subscription but you cannot book the next month's valet UNTIL your next monthly payment is made. It is 'converted from a payment into a token', whatever that means. The app isn't friendly. The valeting is excellent!

Very good job in time allocated. However, I paid £15.00 for dog hair removal that took an hour and rest had to be rushed to fit everything in. Also access to power supply and water was required.

It was a good but not a great valet. I was disappointed that the interior glass and not been cleaned properly. The door and boot lid checks were not cleaned at all. The valet was definitely not done to a showroom standard.
